We aim to deliver in 2-3 working days and make every effort to ensure you receive your goods within this time.  Frequently you may receive your order the following day.

We always use accredited carriers to try to provide the most secure and reliable service for you.  We do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive on time and when you need them.  However this cannot be guaranteed.  You must inform us within 7 working days after you placed your order if your goods have not arrived.

Goods will not be treated as lost until we have completed a full investigation with our carrier.

Please be aware that our carriers will need an authorised signature when they deliver your order so you must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.  We cannot be liable for missing items if the goods have been signed for by anyone other than an authorised signatory.

Refusal of delivery for any reason will incur a minimum unauthorised return charge of £15.

We are unable to give you a specific day or time when your order will be delivered.

No responsibility can be accepted for any loss, consequential or otherwise, arising from failure for any cause to meet any delivery.


Delivery is FREE if you order products to the value of over £60 (excluding carriage) for delivery to Mainland UK.  Please refer to the yellow area on our Delivery Charges map.

We are unable to accept claims for late delivery of orders, whatever the reason.  Refusal of delivery, for any reason, will incur a minimum unauthorised return charge of £15. The above forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.  However, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
